Really really looking forward to this. Managed to go a couple of years ago when Chiefs supported on Placebo day. Great great memories about that day. One of which was having our own little mad pocket of boardies bouncing around, whilst most others around us just stood there.
This year is made even better by having TDCC, Kasabian and most of all White Lies on the same day ;D
Anyone else planning on going?

Ok here goes! Arras has grown, from just being in a town square a couple of years ago, its now taken over with two stages, camping parking sites with bus service and big acts Saw a couple of Belgium/french bands, Triggerfinger and another one, they were ok. Loved the second one, bit weird, full black make up but by the end most of the crowd were dancing along White Lies went down well......they just seem too clean and polite, maybe I like bands with a bit of roughness about them Two Door Cinema Club, again the crowd loved them Kasabian - blew everyone away even Chiefs, amazing. Ricky and Nick watched them from the side of the stage. Love their new one Velociraptor (sp) and left the crowd chanting and singing all the way back to the buses Chiefs - Good set, had alot of problems with monitors and mics, the mic stand went everywhere mainly by Ricky throwing it. No banter between Nick and Ricky, Ricky just seemed peed off! Mood got better when he got the men in all over body suits on stage for a dance around. I think he was admiring their under wear myself I remembered the Peanut shout out at the start of Modern way, but forgot the "I can tell my your tan your F***in healthy" in TMT ! Kinda girl you are went down well. I think they played Everyday I Love You Less And Less Ruby Little Shocks Never Miss A Beat Modern Way Take My Temperature Kinda Girl You Are Starts With Nothing Oh My God Angry Mob I Predict A Riot Perhaps the others will be able to list the other 2 or 3 Memories of the first time I saw them at Arras when Ricky started speaking French, telling the crowd his trousers were blue and his jacket was beige, but no "petit chau fleur" this time All in all great music and a fantastic day out with the girls

That saves me uploading it Main Square never fails to disappoint, and this year was no exception. The festival itself has grown since 2009, with 2 stages but felt it was a lot smaller somehow. Very good organisation of the festival itself 30 minutes turn around time between each band and then each band getting an hour slot. Triggerfinger and Yodelice kicked things off on the main stage White Lies hit the stage running with Farewell to the Fairground and played a good solid set, just a shame that the crowd wern't up to much Kaisers took to the stage and played from 6-7p.m Still cant get enough of Howlaround, great way to get the set underway. The Guys came out happy and raring to go, all apart from Ricky, right from the off there was something not quite right. As Kaisercat mentioned he was having trouble with his ear monitors, and kept kicking and throwing the mic stand off the stage. He just came across really really angry (I have never seen him like it before) at one point I seriously thought that he was going to walk off stage. He did calm down through the set thankfully and even got down to the crowd and running around up to the sound-desk for TMT. To add to Kaisercats list they also played Long Way From Celebrating But I think that was about it. We also saw TDCC- loved their set and they went down really well with the crowd, they always bring such a party atmosphere that's really infectious. Then we ended the day on Kasabian, I must admit I havent seen them before live and wasn't too sure about many of their songs, but when they got going a found I knew a hell of a lot more than what I thought I did. I absolutely love Fire and when they finished on that I was blown away. Definitely would like to see them again.

Doesn't sound like him at all does it? Glad he calmed down though, hope everything was ok.
