I gave in, despite the ridiculous booking & transaction fee.
£3.50 for the website and taking the money from my card and posting the tickets does not cost £5+.

The fees are sodding ridiculous. The Arena's booking system via Facebook included a '£6 card processing fee', bloody rip off. Glad you're going though.

Me neither. Rediculous prices. Would be able to do 2 extra Feb dates for the price (including travel/hotels)

Tickets came yesterday, can't wait! Edit: I'm guessing Skaters are no longer supporting seeing as they're not listing it as a tour date and they're not on the poster anymore. I wonder if they'll replace them and if so, who with? Edit: Ignore that, it's now Teleman.

Have to admit that I wasn't impressed with the support yesterday. First one (the man out of Pete and the Pirates) were a bit samey and Pulled Apart by Horses were a bit too heavy for my tastes. Sorry if you liked them but yeah not my kind of thing. Would loved to have seen Heavyball supporting. Seeing as the lads were there. Chiefs were bloody brilliant. I've never heard You Can Have It All live before and the disco ball just made it even more perfect. New songs are brilliant and really catchy. Happy days. Really liked the venue and the security were lovely. Everyone else enjoy it or is that a silly question?

I really liked the supports in fact, well, I loved the contrast anyway! I've listened to Teleman a few times over the last year and were quite impressed by what I head, although I didn't think they'd be much live. Didn't think i'd ever go and see them. But overall I was really impressed by them and would love to go and see them again! I didn't really like Pulled Apart From Horses much. They had energy and I thought they were a good support act, just the music wasn't really my cup of tea. Too shout-y too much! I liked the random blackboard that said "Up next Kaiser Chiefs" in between Pulled Apart By Horses and KC, quite random. I also agree about KC, brilliant as always! Possibly my favourite gig i've ever been to of theirs, so that's saying something! Was nice to hear You Can Have It All live. I really really love One More Last Song! I didn't think any of the new songs could get better than You've Got The Nerve, but they've proved me wrong! As said by Sophie, the security were also friendly which is always a bonus. www.flickr.com/photos/_modernway_/sets/72157635563486236

Smashing night. Special in all sorts of ways. What a great venue, staff so friendly too. But I can't believe I walked away from the arena after the gig and didn't turn around to see it all lit up, gah! Idiot! Teleman were good, Pulled Apart By Horses aren't really my thing but fun and bonkers to watch. You Can Have It All was completely wonderful. Couldn't believe that tiny little disco ball gave off so many beautiful twinkly rays. It was fab. Great touch. Just loving the new stuff live, a gig of new songs would be ace. Coming Home is beautiful and the tribute to Hobbo was perfect. Just perfect. Lads were on top form, just nailing it right now. Good times.

I know it's a bit late now to say it, but I had such a great time. I thought I was going to be in trouble for buying tickets but in the end nobody minded! I really enjoyed visting Leeds again to see the boys on there home turf. I loved the arena right from the outside through to inside. The actual layout of the seats looked really good, and the standing space was great. We managed to get right near the front on Simon's side and had a great view. What was fun was actually watching the guys side of stage enjoying Pulled Apart By Horses! We saw Simon taking a photo of the band, and then later saw Ricky and Peanut enjoying them!!lol! I have to admit Pulled Apart By Horses were a bit to heavy for my taste like a few people have said. I didn't get to see the other support though. Obviously the music was amazing, but I loved some of the other little details. I thought the blackboard announcing KC were the next act on stage was a cute idea. I really loved the Hollwood sign style KC banner backdrop was fun. Also the glitterball light and confetti made the show seem extra special. I really enjoyed that the KC's mixed in some more new songs to the set. I can't believe how catchy 'Misery Company' is! It's brillant, I just hope the 'hahahahahaha's' don't get annoying!!lol! 'Coming Home' was so beautiful and was such a perfect song to play at this show. The whole show was amazing, and I can't wait for the next tour!
